Errand PRO RATES

• Our basic rate is $22 per hour with a minimum of one (1) hour. Reduced rates are available for advance purchase of multiple hours or regularly scheduled errand service. Please call us for special package rates.
• Mileage is free within the Nanaimo area. A mileage and possible time surcharge may be added for services outside the Nanaimo city limits.
• Price does not include the cost of merchandise purchased or services performed by other vendors.
• Payment is due upon receipt of services unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made in cash, check, or money order. All home and pet service cancellations will incur a $20 cancellation fee for overnight stays. For long term contracts, the following fees will apply: If cancellation occurs within 1 month of booked date – 10% of total charges; within 2 weeks of booked date – 15% of total charges; less than two weeks prior to booked date – 25% of total charges.

Errand PRO POLICIES

• First and foremost all information regarding clients of Errand PRO Service is held in the strictest confidence. We take the protection of your privacy very seriously and have implemented a policy for the protection of the personal information of our clients.
• All services will be performed by Errand PRO Services as efficiently and safely as possible.
• A 24-hour notice is preferred for all requests. Same-day requests will be accepted if scheduling allows.
• Please give a 24-hour notice for cancellation. If less than 24-hours notice is given, a 1 hour fee may be assessed.
• Regular Service Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm unless otherwise arranged. Requests for weekends or outside of these hours will be considered as scheduling permits.
• Mileage is free within the Nanaimo area. A mileage and possible time surcharge may be added for services outside the Nanaimo city limits.
• 25% deposit at time of booking with balance due upon receipt of services, unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made with cash, check, money order or Paypal
